Responsibilities
- Maintain Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms according to our high standards.
- Sanitization: Disinfect surfaces, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and mop floors to ensure a germ-free environment.
- Laundry & Linens: Change bed linens, wash towels, and ensure all linens are fresh and neatly folded.
- Restock Supplies: Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed to ensure efficiency during shifts.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash cans and replace liners in bathrooms and kitchens promptly.
- Client Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate effectively with clients regarding specific cleaning requests or areas of concern.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and consistent attendance is essential.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and address dirt, dust, and clutter effectively.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
