Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet our strict hygiene standards.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in offices and living areas.
- Restock cleaning supplies and amenities (soap, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly after use.
- Follow safety protocols and handle chemicals responsibly.
- Communicate any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (optional but preferred for field work).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
