Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and common areas in strict compliance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, utility rooms, and storage areas.
- Ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, toiletries) are fully stocked and replenished.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers and sort materials appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken equipment to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure all rooms are cleaned efficiently.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
