Responsibilities
- Cleaning Duties: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Bed Making: Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp, clean, and properly arranged.
- Restocking: Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper to maintain stock levels.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Inventory: Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting shortages as needed.
- Guest Relations: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests or staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on cleanliness and the ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from work.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
