In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for our commercial and residential clients, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to meet strict industry standards.
- Change linens, replenish toiletries, and ensure bathrooms are sanitized and spotless.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing amenities to the floor supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols (OSHA standards).
- Interact professionally with clients and guests, demonstrating a high level of customer service.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- Basic English communication skills for following safety instructions.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is a plus but not required.
