Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to maintain a pristine atmosphere.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked and neatly arranged.
- Dust furniture, polish surfaces, and vacuum carpets according to strict hotel standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or room maintenance.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience in a hospitality setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
