Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through check-in/out, concierge assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping operations for optimal guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records using PMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across departments
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to cleanliness and safety protocols
- Contribute to a positive team culture through open communication and mutual support
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual a plus
- Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation software
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a guest-first mindset
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Missouri driver's license may be required for local errands
