Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and empty trash bins.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) in guest rooms and public areas.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment by promptly reporting maintenance issues.
- Follow all company cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
- Interact with guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- No prior housekeeping experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the USA.
