Responsibilities
- Deep Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
- Restroom Maintenance: Sanitize and restock restroom facilities, ensuring all amenities are fully stocked and clean.
- Floor Care: Vacuum, mop, and polish floors using appropriate techniques and products.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and towels as required.
- Room Preparation: Prepare vacant rooms for new occupants by making beds and arranging furniture.
- Supply Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and chemicals to ensure efficient operations.
- Reporting: Identify maintenance issues and report them immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Reliability: Must be punctual and demonstrate a consistent work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Must possess a keen eye for detail to ensure all spaces are spotless.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills required to interact with team members and guests.
- Availability: Must be available for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
