Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked.
- Dust furniture, shelves, baseboards, and windowsills thoroughly.
- Mop floors, vacuum carpets, and remove stains from carpets and upholstery.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in rooms and hallways.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (broken fixtures, leaks) and report them promptly.
- Organize closets and storage spaces to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
