Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, and wipe down surfaces.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in all rooms and public spaces.
- Mop and vacuum floors, ensuring they are free of debris and dust.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and towels.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with clients and colleagues at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior cleaning experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Basic English communication skills.
