Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Make and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp and furniture is arranged to perfection.
- Restock guest supplies, such as toiletries, soap, and towels.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe workspace.
- Communicate maintenance needs or room issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Sort and launder guest linens and uniforms according to hospital standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic English language proficiency.
