Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas to uphold our high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on problem-solving.
- Process payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with property management systems.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
