Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a pristine condition.
- Change bed linens, restock amenities, and ensure bathrooms are spotless.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors according to established health and safety standards.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored properly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy with guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic English language proficiency.
