Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential interiors, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Deep clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to company standards.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the property.
- Organize closets, pantries, and laundry areas to enhance client satisfaction.
- Restock amenities such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property manager immediately.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company brand.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
