Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas according to strict health and safety standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest bathrooms.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Interact professionally with guests and respond to special requests in a timely manner.
- Organize and store cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, including uniform codes and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic computer literacy for clocking in and logging tasks.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
