Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with local attractions, dining reservations, and transportation arrangements
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and dining teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Process payments and maintain detailed transaction records
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium resort services
- Conduct daily inspections of public areas to maintain resort standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Marriott Bonvoy preferred)
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Knowledge of Virginia Beach attractions and local geography
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
