Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict health and safety standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and organize furniture to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and mini-bar items.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces to maintain a showroom quality.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Manager promptly.
- Interact with guests politely and professionally to address any special requests or concerns.
- Adhere to time management schedules to ensure rooms are turned over efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
