Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Strip and make beds using high-quality linens and amenities to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest suites to maintain a luxury experience.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Adhere to time clocks and shift schedules as assigned, including potential weekend and holiday availability.
- Provide exceptional service by anticipating guest needs with a smile and proactive attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related cleaning role is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull furniture and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently on your feet.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for logging tasks and check-outs.
