Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Bedmaking: Expertly make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized according to hotel protocols.
- Guest Service: Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries and ensuring their stay is comfortable.
- Maintenance Reporting: Monitor room conditions and promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the engineering department.
- Inventory Management: Regularly check and restock cleaning supplies and amenities to ensure operational readiness.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) as part of the schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
