Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces in residential and commercial settings.
- Sanitize and disinfect high-touch areas to maintain a healthy and safe environment for clients and families.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothing and linens.
- Restock cleaning supplies and amenities to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Move furniture and light fixtures to clean hard-to-reach areas underneath and behind.
- Follow specific cleaning checklists and client preferences to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites within the Charlotte area.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards cleanliness.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
