Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and common areas
- Restock amenities and linens according to hotel standards
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping supervisors
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Participate in deep-cleaning projects as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid work authorization in the US
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
