Responsibilities
- Efficiently check guests in/out using hotel management systems
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and payment processing
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions
- Provide local recommendations to enhance guest stays
- Uphold safety and security protocols at the front desk
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
