Responsibilities
- Sanitation & Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Bed Making: Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are neatly arranged.
- Floor Care: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors throughout the property.
- Waste Management: Empty trash cans, sanitize waste receptacles, and remove trash bags.
- Reporting: Monitor the property for maintenance issues and report them to the supervisor immediately.
- Organization: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and restock rooms as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and communicate with the team.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings.
