Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish toiletries and amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors in hallways and public spaces.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Ensure safety protocols and hazard-free environments are maintained at all times.
- Report maintenance issues or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
