Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Answer incoming phone lines and respond to guest inquiries via email and chat promptly.
- Process payments accurately and handle special requests or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality front desk role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
