Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) are fully stocked.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors throughout the facility.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners promptly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisory staff immediately.
- Follow strict safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
