Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are restocked.
- Dust furniture, wipe down surfaces, and clean bathrooms thoroughly.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in rooms and hallways.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow strict checklists and safety protocols during every cleaning cycle.
- Ensure a welcoming and organized environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience is required; a positive attitude is a must.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Physical stamina to lift and move cleaning supplies (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
