Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean bathrooms to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels in guest rooms.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report damages or needed repairs to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment by promptly reporting spills or dangerous conditions.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
- Interact courteously with guests and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer skills for reporting purposes.
