Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize surfaces according to standard operating procedures.
- Empty trash cans and replace trash liners regularly.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, toilet paper) in guest rooms and public restrooms.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Follow all safety and health regulations regarding cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic English language proficiency for following instructions and safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
