Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities in guest suites.
- Maintain a tidy and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Provide exceptional service to guests by anticipating their needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
