Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to meet our high standards of excellence.
- Strip and make beds, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the Engineering or Management team immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
