Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Sanitization: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms to ensure a spotless environment.
- Room Preparation: Strip and make beds, change linens, and dust furniture according to company standards.
- Restocking: Ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) are fully stocked and replenished.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report on cleaning supply levels.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests and clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
