Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standard of cleanliness.
- Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and amenities; restock rooms as needed.
- Ensure that all furniture, fixtures, and linens are arranged neatly and in accordance with company standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety and health regulations, including proper chemical handling.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is required; training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
