Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk and throughout the hotel premises
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute hotel security protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with event setup and guest transportation coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible schedule availability (Fri-Sun shifts)
