Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms to ensure a premium guest experience.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture.
- Ensure all safety protocols and housekeeping procedures are followed at all times.
- Communicate maintenance issues or supply needs to the management team promptly.
- Keep work areas organized and tidy to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual work history.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- No prior housekeeping experience is necessary; training will be provided.
