Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to strict hygiene standards.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Restock toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in guest rooms and hallways.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Qualifications
- No previous housekeeping experience required; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
