Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to meet our luxury standards.
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, and replenish amenities for a fresh guest experience.
- Maintain a high level of organization in housekeeping closets and storage areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
