Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to established standards and schedules.
- Strip and make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean bathrooms to a high standard of hygiene.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) and ensure room supplies are adequate.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of chemicals and equipment.
- Interact professionally with guests and other staff members to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Follow uniform and grooming standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor.
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
