Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations during assigned shifts (evening/night)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
- Supervise 3-5 staff members including bellhops and concierge
- Handle escalated guest complaints with professionalism
- Perform nightly audits and cash management procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/nights/weekends)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency with hotel software systems
- Valid driver's license (for property errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Must pass background check and drug screening
