Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderly appearance of guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
- Strip beds, wash linens, and replace amenities (soaps, shampoos) in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly to ensure a pristine environment.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored safely and inventory is managed efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
