Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Maintain inventory of linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies; report shortages promptly.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to residents and visitors.
- Organize storage areas and ensure equipment is stored safely.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, reaching up to 50 lbs).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
