Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Assist with front desk administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate guest records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is pristine and welcoming.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnights.
