Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning: Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors, walls, and furniture in guest rooms and common areas.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean and restock restroom supplies, ensuring all fixtures are sparkling clean.
- Bed Making: Change linens, make beds according to strict hotel standards, and organize furniture.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels as assigned.
- Restock Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries, notifying management when restocking is needed.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Security: Ensure doors and windows are locked and secure when exiting guest rooms.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods; ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and a commitment to quality work.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
