Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high standard of hygiene.
- Restock amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies to maintain readiness for guests.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor with residents and visitors at all times.
- Follow all company safety protocols and cleaning schedules efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
