Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to strict brand standards.
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and empty trash receptacles.
- Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, soap, and coffee to ensure rooms are fully equipped.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored safely after use.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Adhere to all company policies, including health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Basic reading and writing skills for reporting and safety compliance.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no experience.
