Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to strict quality standards.
- Strip beds, change linens, and make beds to ensure a welcoming appearance.
- Restock guest amenities, toiletries, and mini-bars.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure all cleaning chemicals are used safely and stored properly.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
