Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Replace linens and amenities according to brand standards
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams
- Maintain detailed room status reports
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
