Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to Apex Hospitality’s strict quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Amenity Management: Restock toiletries, linens, and supplies to ensure every room is fully prepared and welcoming for incoming guests.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed inspections of your work areas and perform follow-up cleaning as needed to maintain a flawless appearance.
- Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any specific requests or concerns regarding cleanliness.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, such as broken furniture or plumbing leaks, to the engineering department immediately.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and report on the usage of cleaning supplies to manage inventory efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dust, stains, and imperfections to ensure a spotless environment.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and punctuality are essential for our team operations.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
