Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and sanitation in guest rooms and public areas using advanced techniques and eco-friendly products
- Execute detailed room inspections to exceed 5-star service standards and address guest requests promptly
- Operate professional-grade laundry equipment and manage inventory control for linens and amenities
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to OSHA and EPA protocols while implementing sustainable cleaning practices
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
- Complete daily checklists and digital reporting for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality or high-end residential settings
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain consistent standards under pressure
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (for occasional supply runs)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Proficiency in housekeeping management software (e.g., OPERA, HotSOS)
- Physical stamina to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish preferred)
- COVID-19 vaccination required
